• Be the first face many patients see along their healthcare journey• Ensure that patients have a quality experience• Reassure families while tending to the needs of patients compassionately
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required• Associates Degree or some college preferred• Medical terminology course preferred• Familiarity with phone etiquette• 1 to 2 years in an office reception setting preferred but will train the right person
