As a Receiving Lead, you will help drive productivity by motivating team members to achieve performance metrics. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, this could be the perfect match!What You Get To Do Every DayHelp oversee up to 15 receiving associates while focusing on training, productivity, and quality metricsConduct necessary research to help solve challenging consignments and provide feedback to the appropriate teamsWork closely with Authentication, Photography Leads on the inbound consignment process for VIP consignors and celebrity salesAssist with Client Services inquiries by providing consignment information to our Exceptions teamExecute quality control efforts set by the company focusing on brand and condition standardsWork closely with the Product Handling team to ensure all operating procedures are being properly followedManage item inquiries from the field Sales team Contribute to a positive work environment focused on driving results and employee satisfaction Be heavily engaged with the team by using strong communication skills and creative ways to interactCoach to best practices in the moment and report to assistant manager any repeat non complianceProvide administrative support related to specific product channelsBe consistently present on the receiving floor looking for areas of opportunity and motivating team to achieve productivity goalsWhat You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience working in ecommerce warehouse or production setting, achieving hourly quotasStrong leadership aptitude and a desire to grow into a management role Ability to work well independently, but lead by example in a team environmentOutstanding oral and verbal communication; comfortability with cross functional communicationPositive and encouraging demeanor with ability to motivate othersAbility to read and understand KPIs and Looker reportsGreat time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasksStrong attention to detail, highly motivated, and proactive Internal candidates must have positive KPI's and productivity metricsPreferred Requirements:Proficiency with Mac OS, Google SuiteLeadership experienceCompensation | Benefits | PerksHourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/ quota targets achievedGroup Health Insurance- Medical, Vision, Dental Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K (with company matching up to $1K)18 PTO days (accrued with tenure) and 9 paid company holidays $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on siteState of the art, climate-controlled warehouse facilityThe expected hourly rate for this role is $19.00- $22.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
