Summary Your role in our mission Verify and audit documents to ensure accuracy, including numerical data cross-referencing and preparation of batches for data entry and imaging. Communicate with pharmacy and medical providers to verify dispensed products and contact drug manufacturers for detailed information on disputed items. Research disputed pharmaceutical products to accurately prepare drug rebate resolution proposals and follow up with clients regarding resolution. Negotiate with drug manufacturers to fairly resolve disputes while maintaining effective communication with management, clients, and customers. Handle document management tasks such as photocopying, filing, and typing forms or labels, along with completing required productivity tracking reports. Perform analyses and reconcile data for accuracy, interpreting reports and maintaining log records for periodic status reports to management and clients. Process various forms, mail, and transactions, ensuring data accuracy for vouchers and billings and expediting processing to meet service level agreements. Provide support to team members by offering guidance and assistance as needed, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for efficient workflow processing. What we're looking for Six or more years of clerical, processing, or cashiering experience. Proficiency in personal computer usage, including strong ten-key and typing skills. Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines. Experience working with business solutions software and client company products/services. Preferred experience in Medicaid Drug Rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, and Pharmacy/medical billing. Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, Remote Desktop Connection, and PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) coupled with a demonstrated ability for accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. The pay range for this position is $43,800.00 - $62,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
