Responsibilities
• Attend training and perform additional duties as needed.• Assist in loading and unloading materials.• Maintain work area and equipment.• Operate production machines according to procedures and guidelines.• Participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture.• Crosstrain on multiple machines.• Operate rebar fabrication equipment.• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.• Demonstrate strong work ethic and safe working habits.• Work as a team player and pay attention to detail.
Requirements
• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions.• Able and willing to cross-train as required.• Possess strong work ethic and practice safe working habits.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and find root causes for issues.• Ability to operate fabrication machines safely without supervision.• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside under all weather conditions.• Must be able to read technical documents and possess knowledge of industrial field concepts.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Minimum 1 year working in a heavy industrial environment preferred.• Must be punctual and able to work overtime if needed.
