Position Overview:
We are actively seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team in our exciting new locations. As a Single-Family and Multifamily Investment Sales Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of real estate investors, presenting and selling lucrative investment opportunities provided by our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Present and advocate investment opportunities to real estate investors sourced by the company.
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the closing process.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment fueled by high energy.
- Identify promising investment prospects within the market.
- Prepare and analyze underwriting packages for investment real estate.

- Demonstrate professionalism and technical proficiency, with the ability to work independently and maintain motivation.
- Possess a strong work ethic and comprehensive knowledge of real estate practices.

Compensation:

Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate.
Schedule:

- Availability for Monday to Friday work, with occasional weekend and on-call duties as needed.
License/Certification:
- Active Real Estate License is required.
