Responsibilities :
? Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job
candidates
? Partnering with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
? Connecting clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
? Proficient utilization of recruiting tools and materials
? Cold calling, qualifying, screening, and prepping candidates and clients for interviews
and assisting in the negotiation of job offers
? Conducting reference checks on candidates
Requirements:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Consistency in perform a high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
? Comfortability establishing relationships over the phone
? Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
? Effective negotiation skills
? A degree is preferred but not required
