Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for spearheading our lead generation efforts through proactive outreach and engagement. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate and a knack for cold calling to thrive in a commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Employ various outreach techniques, including cold calling, to identify and qualify potential leads for real estate investment opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions using CRM software to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up.
- Prospecting: Conduct market research to pinpoint high-potential areas for investment opportunities.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via multiple communication channels to introduce our services and assess their needs.
- Qualification: Assess leads' financial situations and property conditions to determine potential profitability.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with leads to nurture relationships and foster trust.
- Follow-Up: Implement systematic follow-up procedures to guide leads through the decision-making process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate lead generation, particularly in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant lead management tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of real estate principles, investment strategies, and market dynamics preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, marketing, or real estate a plus.
Compensation
- Commission: Competitive 30% commission pay structure based on successfully closed real estate transactions.
- Benefits: Flexible schedule, work-from-home opportunities.
Experience Level: 3 years
Shift: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types: Commission, performance bonus
Work Setting: Remote
