Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Devise and execute effective strategies to attract top-tier real estate agents.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to bring in promising talent.
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration for new agents.
Team Building and Leadership:
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Offer mentorship and support to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Design and implement training programs to elevate the team's performance.
Agent Success and Productivity:
- Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
- Collaborate closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and offer constructive feedback.
- Utilize technology and tools to streamline workflows and boost overall team productivity.
Business Development:
- Work alongside the executive team to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and enhance profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success as a Real Estate Team Leader or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing real estate agents.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
