Real Estate Agent/Salesperson

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Offer guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay informed about current real estate trends and property values through market research
- Promote available properties effectively through various channels
- Accompany potential buyers or tenants on property showings
- Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms on their behalf
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and related services
- Collaborate with fellow real estate professionals, including lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
Skills:
- Effective communication skills, including proficiency in bilingual communication where applicable
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Capability to handle property management tasks, such as tenant screening and lease agreements

- Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks, including paperwork and documentation
