We are a high-producing, fast-paced real estate team that is seeking a Real Estate Assistant who can effectively assist our valued clients and team members.Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, assisting with escrow documentation, scheduling inspection appointments and repairs, ensuring offers and counteroffers are approved, and complying with company procedures. Applicants should enjoy helping people and strive to continually streamline processes.The ideal candidate should have real estate administration experience and a real estate license is preferred. If this position interests you, start your application today!Responsibilities:Calculate, maintain, and monitor critical dates and status of events related to real estate transactions and closingsCommunicate with lender and settlement agents to ensure that all documentation has been completed and approvals are in place to ensure an on-time settlementCoordinate moving plans, seller deed signing, and final walkthroughReview settlement statements for accuracy and obtain a final figure for our clientsCheck each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothlyAcquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely mannerSchedule moving times and attend all closing-related meetingsTrack important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as neededRespond to customer needs with urgency and attentivenessComplete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possibleAchieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the teamQualifications:Must have a valid Real Estate License or be working towards onePrior experience in the real estate industry or previous sales/customer service experienceCandidates are required to have a high school diploma or GEDGreat written and verbal skillsPossesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systemsStrong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong execution skillsAbout Company:Our team has consistently been one of the top teams in the Richmond market, averaging over 150 sales per year.
