Job Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary Interface with clients, team members, business partners and vendors Process inbound/outbound mail, checks, investment and insurance paperwork Execute data entry, copying, faxing, scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents and research. Prepare for prospect & client meetings and reviews, including the preparation of reports, and proposals. Real Estate data entry with critical thinking using Appfolio software Maintain client records and compliance files Prepare account paperwork accurately and follow up with clients and business partners as needed Write/update instructional manuals Maintain office supplies Maintain effective relationships with clients by assisting with their requests and account actions to completion Complete other request and projects as needed Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus Minimum 3 years' experience in as an administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting Three (3) professional references United States citizenship Background check Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred Maintain an upbeat, positive personality and sensible disposition Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently while embracing team collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects at once with consistent follow-through Displays exemplary professional communication skills, verbal and written Commitment to provide high-quality work both to internal and external partners Process driven and results oriented Must be professional, courteous and dependable Job Details Pay: Hourly based on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, and 401k Dress Code: Business professional Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday & 8am to 5pm on Friday Software used: Appfolio Adobe Acrobat Outlook Gmail Redtail Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Google Suite (Docs, sheets, forms) Dropbox Sign Multiple Listing Services including but not limited to Greater Fort Worth, HAR, Bryan/College Station, & WAOR About Us My Real Estate Property Management was established in 2021.
