3rd Shift Team Lead (Floater) 3rd Shift Team Lead, responsible for placing, managing breaks and encouraging all Elwood Associates. Must be willing to attend all shifts and work overnights. **Lead experience required**
Attend Client team Production meetings during shifts. Successful team leads have excellent organizational and communication skills. These skills help them share information from management to associates and communicate their teams' performance or needs to the On-Sites and Elwood leaders. With great communication, team leads create a network of support that will help them efficiently manage daily operations and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues that arise.
