We're on the lookout for a Rapid Deployment Recruiter to join our team in Saint Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind finding amazing talent to support our startup locations or surge recruiting needs across Minnesota. Your mission? What You'll Do:
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and engage with candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline of talent.
Manage the entire recruiting process from screening to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Participate in hiring events and networking opportunities to connect with potential candidates.
Provide regular updates and reports to keep our teams informed about the hiring progress.
