Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for the retail store• Recruit and coach team members• Guide sales team on best practices to achieve monthly goals• Participate in store meetings and execute marketing initiatives• Ensure store compliance and maintenance of merchandising standards• Manage inventory, cash, and other operational metrics
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment• Willingness and ability to relocate within assigned market• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Bilingual preferred in certain locations• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
