Frisco First Surgery Center is looking to hire a full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, driven, and a team player!
RESPONSIBILITES: Set up and operate radiographic equipment used in the medical diagnosis and/or treatment of patients Select proper ionizing factors for radiologic diagnosis Positions patient and set up and adjust equipment to obtain the best quality x-ray of the specific body area requested by the physician Takes preventative steps to minimize radiation exposure to the patient and fellow staff Adjusts and sets radiographic controls, such as kilovoltage and milliamperage, to prescribed specifications for proper timing of exposure Effectively perform C-Arm functions in an OR setting REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree in radiological technology A.R.R.T certification Two years of radiology experience in a healthcare facility (with one year in the operating room) Bachelor's degree in radiological technology (Preferred) BENEFITS: 3 Medical Plans 2 Dental Plans 2 Vision Plans Employee Assistant Program Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan 401(k) with a 2-year vesting PTO + Holidays Please visit our website for more information:
