R&D Electrical / Electronics Engineer
We are currently seeking a PASSIONATE electrical / electronics engineer for our client in Novi, MI.
This is a one-year contract to direct hire role.
Evaluate sensors and integrate into systems to develop needed application scenarios
Able to develop individual circuits and integrate multiple circuits to develop complex systems ,
Able to program individual systems and connect with peer systems
Evaluation of technologies and product designs with compliance to scientific principles, engineering
principles, company standards, customer requirements and related specifications.
Support the development of innovative components and modules from the initial concept phase through the complete development process including design engineering, validation, prototyping,
testing, and evaluation of the proposed production capable process and business case.
Support the ideation process while identifying gaps in the current product or manufacturing technology to guide and provide future R&D efforts.
Analyze engineering results and propose product changes to determine feasibility, improvement of components and systems and functional/performance specifications.
Correlate experimental data to simulation data.
Maintain proper filing systems to ensure all information, (electronic or hard copy), are stored
according to departments requirements.
Provide engineering support to other departments within the company as directed by the department leader.
Support Production Team with Design, development and root cause analysis of issue and provide Countermeasures
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience in computer programming preferred
Three to four (4) years of relevant experience.
Strong multitasking and organization skills.
Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of the organization.
Ability to compile effective and concise visual reports.
Ability to work in a team environment.
