Responsibilities
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner• Represent the dealership in a positive manner and provide exceptional personalized service• Greet and assist customers calling about vehicle service needs• Outline customer needs on repair order with efficiency and accuracy• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane• Research vehicle service history, inspect vehicle, recommend additional services• Advise customer on proper vehicle care and maintenance• Provide complete and accurate cost estimate for labor and parts• Establish promise time and follow up as needed• Communicate effectively with technicians working on customer's vehicle• Monitor progress of vehicle and inform customer of status• Review completed work with customer, obtain payment and signatures• Conduct business with sincerity, honesty, and highest customer service standards
Requirements
• 2 years minimum service advisor experience• Exceptional customer service skills• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in team environment• Time management skills• Ability to operate standard and automatic vehicles• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record• Excellent work ethic
