Responsibilities
• Support contract-related tasks independently or as part of a team• Resolve disputed change orders objectively• Develop and review contracts and agreements for projects• Administer contracts and ensure implementation• Develop and review contracting strategies and plans• Conduct market analysis for the best type of contract• Implement procurement manual and monitor its implementation• Develop and review change order packages• Participate in negotiation meetings for change orders• Ensure supplier performance evaluations by project teams• Conduct counseling sessions with low-performing contractors• Provide contracting consultations and feedback to project teams• Develop and review contract amendments• Perform contract closeout actions• Prepare and review contracting reports• Prepare and review agreements and MOUs with external parties
Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Law/Contracts Management• Fifteen (15) years of specialized contracting experience• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills• Solid understanding of contract administration principles• Dynamic attitude towards process improvements• Flexible and willing to work in multinational teams and mobilize to different locations
