Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wire our customers wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few.
From the start in 1973, Elektro Assemblies brings your prints to life by offering initial builds and production runs, with supreme quality and delivery. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire too small or harness too large, that we can't produce for our customers.

We are looking for a self-directed ambitious team member that wants to be part of a great quality team, that can utilize their skills to contribute to the growth of the business!
You will be responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process, including finished goods, and compiling and evaluating statistical data to determine and maintain the quality and reliability of products. Maintaining quality and quality standards is paramount to our success, and our customers expect the highest quality.
You will also be responsible for improving our quality levels to assure complete compliance with company expectations. Inspect materials, assemblies, and processes in comparison to being produced per the bill of materials (BOM), print, and process.
The skills that we are looking for in the ideal candidate include:
Test finished goods parts and ensure they are to the specifications of the customer Quality systems management ISO management and coordination Document control management and review. Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure that the product is being produced correctly. Record test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards Provides line support to ensure product quality. Responsible for returned warranty parts.
