Responsibilities
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and adherence to the QMS• Help develop incoming acceptance test method for new and existing products• Assist with developing and maintaining product quality plans• Coordinate product testing• Perform product nonconformance investigations• Investigate product issues reported by the customer and implement effective solutions• Assist with the validation of new/changed products and processes• Identify and implement improvements to processes and/or products• Provide back-up to Quality Inspectors• Collaborate with other company functions as necessary
Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent experience• 2-5 years in quality inspection role with progressing responsibilities• Work experience in regulated industry such as medical device or consumer products• Prior experience working with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485, or ability to quickly learn• Strong critical thinking skills• Detail oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision• Strong communicator – written and verbal• Technical proficiency to work with Microsoft Office and other business systems• Experience operating in a fast-paced business• Personal and professional values aligned with the company (WE CARE)
