Work order issuance).Responsible for assisting in any assigned production assignment given by Production Manager. Responsible for the cleaning/general housekeeping of any task assigned by the production manager. Responsible for following the Allergen Program during any assigned task. Responsible for following all Food Safety guidelines set by the FDA and all other certifying authorities such as, SQF, NFC and Orthodox Union, at all times and contributing to the plant's Food Safety Culture. Responsible for following ALL Plant Safety Rules and OSHA Rules: understand and follow plant safety rules including/but not limited to safe lifting practices, safety on machine operations.
Quality Tech Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
3+ years in Food Production
Some experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
HACCP Certified
Ability to comply with OSHA & SOPs in place
Excel & Microsoft knowledge
