Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: Inspect and release the components received in assembly plant in time keeping accordance with work instructions and procedures defined.Organize and record the containment made to components in case necessaryQuarantine defective product from suppliers and arrange for its disposalCreate, spread, control and preserve the determined quality alerts to components from customer complaints and additional defined by the quality supplier supervisor in less than 24 hours from the notification.Ensure all certifications marks stablished to components be placed during the containment and material sorting, notify to production and quality plant about the defined identification of material in order.Give support to packaging area to review and release the incoming material with packaging damage.Collect and document evidence related to destructive test and/or functional defined to validate the integrity of the components and determine the fulfillment of the specifications.Participate in the preliminary problem solving analysis beside quality technician, maintenance technician, AME and production leader to internal problem solving from production line with problem solving tools availableSupervise the correct performance of third companies according the guidelines established by InalfaParticipate in customer and systems audits required by organizationSecure RMA's for defective productMaintain inventory control through BAANPerform computer transactions for moving supplier non-conforming productEnter data to monitor and track supplier PPM. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. Two-five years minimum experience in Quality and / or inspection.
