Responsibilities
• Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems• Maintain ISO 9001 certification• Share quality performance and participate in improvement activities• Lead and develop the team through effective performance management• Uncover opportunities for improvement in quality and operations processes• Collaborate with other quality leaders to improve capabilities and performance• Advance safety culture and alignment with Koch safety culture• Provide exceptional customer service• Acquire and sustain knowledge of industry quality codes and standards• Address customer concerns or complaints regarding quality issues
Requirements
• Experience coaching and leading professionals• Effective communication, people management, and team building skills• Effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action skills• Quality, manufacturing, fabrication, project management, or engineering design experience• Experience maintaining certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems• Willing and able to travel up to 25%• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in quality, business, or engineering (preferred)• Knowledge of quality tools and project management experience• Understanding and Expertise in ASME Section IX Welding procedures and qualifications
