Role Description
This is a full-time role for an assembler

Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The Quality Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is an on-site role located in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of quality management principles and practices
Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in conducting audits and inspections
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements

Must have:
5+ years of experience in aerospace or related field
Must be a US person
