Job Title: Quality Control & Compliance Manager
Location: Edina, MN
Position Summary:
Seeking a Quality Control & Compliance Manager to ensure high-quality products meet standards and regulations. Manage quality control systems, regulatory compliance, and EHS initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and policies.
Manage regulatory compliance for local, state, federal, and international laws.
Lead Technical Services department.
Collaborate with teams to maintain product supply and introduce new products.
Monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
Attend meetings and provide reports.
Hours: Full-time, four ten-hour days Monday – Thursday.
Requirements:
5+ years of related experience, including 1+ year in regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in English.
ASQ Certifications preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft suite and database management.
