In the role of Supplier Performance & Quality Manager, you will drive suppliers ro reach and sustain quality and logistics performance levels in line with the division targets across the assigned supplier and/or program scope. Hybrid work environment, involving onsite at our Denton office and work from home, may be available for this position. Must reside within commuting distance from our Denton office.


This position contributes to our vision by:

In charge of the implementation of the Supplier Performance management strategy on his/her perimeter Responsible of the assessment, approvals and monitoring of suppliers Reports on a monthly basis the results, risks, projects and general information relative to the suppliers to the Divisional Operational Committee. Support the development of suppliers (Supplier Development) Flowdown performance targets to the team Define Supplier Development key targets based on business requirements and Manage their flow down and implementation Define the Supplier Surveillance Plan and the Audit schedule Monitor and communicate Supplier performance actions and plans ( Risks and mitigation plan, supplier production readiness… ) Manage the Supplier Performance team to achieve main objectives and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the purchasing & procurement process.

Education and/or Experience

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Purchasing or related field, 3 years of experience with a Quality System, and 2 years materials and/or purchasing and /or lean manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Requires 3 years management or supervisory experience Knowledge/Skills

Supply-chain principles and tools - Expert Quality Principles and tools including audits - Advanced Lean Manufacturing background including problem solving, process audit, lean manufacturing workshops - Advanced Data analytics (large database & digital tools) - Advanced ERP software (SAP) knowledge - Advanced Microsoft suite - Advanced Intercultural relationships - Expert Written and verbal communication skills - Expert Fluent English - Expert, Spanish, French - Preferred
