Resonetics has continued with advanced development of laser processing to solve the most complex manufacturing challenges while also expanding into additional capabilities to vertically integrate and provide our customers with better manufacturing solutions. This position employs an individual skilled in quality assurance techniques utilized in the manufacturing of micromachined components. Area of focus includes but is not limited to: Performance of Inspection (Visual and Dimensional) on product, along with the recording and analysis of inspection data. Other activities may include the support of statistical process control, sampling plans, parts measurement, data analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action, and other Quality System activities.
Perform inspection and record data, as defined. Perform data analysis, as defined.  Training of Production Personnel on inspection and data recording tasks. Participation in Corrective Action, Process or Inspection improvement activities, as assigned. Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred.  Familiarity with ISO and FDA Compliance desirable.  Good verbal and written communication skills preferred.
