Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.Shift Hours:Monday-Friday: 6:00am-2:30pmCompensation:This position has a set hourly starting rate at $25.00/hour. A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds.Uses various measuring devices and testing equipment.Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience.Nice to HaveExperience with handling and inspecting PCBAsIPC-A-610 The Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies is highly desirableExperience in Installation Qualifications and Test Method ValidationsExcellent in Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Demonstrated ability to train others on inspections that you are signed off onExcellent in Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Demonstrated ability to train others on inspections that you are signed off onProven experience of 3-5 years in Quality within a regulated industry such as medical devices or Pharma is required for this roleAn ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a history of strong teamwork, be proficient in problem resolution and skilled in both written and verbal communicationAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
