We are working with a client that is a World Leading Precision Time & Frequency Technology firm in the design, development, and manufacture of high-precision timing, frequency control and synchronization products for satellite and terrestrial applications. With competitive salaries and excellent benefits, as well as the potential for growth and advancement, they are looking for a dynamic Quality Engineer to join their team. Job description: The Quality Engineer's primary responsibility is to assist Manufacturing in solving the product, process, and systemic problems that occur daily.
Responsibilities: Assist Manufacturing in solving the product, process, and systemic problems. Assure the quality of product used to manufacture FEI products. Performing supplier evaluations (surveys and audits). Reviewing and dispositioning nonconforming incoming material Implementing corrective and preventive actions with suppliers Reviewing and approving incoming material inspection and test data Requirements: 1 year(s) experience as a Quality engineer or related Experience Experience working in Aerospace/Defense. Experience working with AS9100. Experience working with Space level equipment is a plus. Job location: Uniondale, NY - On-Site.

Compensation : Up to 85k base Benefits (Salary based on Experience)
