As anEnd-to-End Test Managerof our team, you will:Work closely with Solution architects, CPD Delivery Manager, Business, Application Team(s), Product Owner(s) and Test Environmentto understand the user journeyfrom an enterprise view.Developtest approach documentandtesting resource requirementsacross impacted application(s)Createtest data strategyand identify process/ways toring-fence test databy actively working with application/environment team(s).Proactively conduct workshops toidentify the dependencies/risks/issuesin delivering end-to-end testing process and mitigate.Responsible in producing thetesting checklist(Entry and Exit criteria) Responsible to producetest execution planin alignment withend-to-enddeliveryschedule.Own thedelivery of journey-based testingand ensure execution of relevant test cases/scripts, including Systems Integration and Regression TestingResponsible fordriving the defect triageandcommunicate the execution progressto stakeholders.Responsible in producingQuality Metrics.DriveTest artefacts walkthrough(ensuring to produce Requirement Traceability Matrix) with stakeholders.Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques.Provide recommendations to best practices and improvements across the program.Responsible to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated testingDrive development of automation and testing in a CD/CI environmentMinimum Qualifications:Significant technical experience in a software development organization with a University or Master's Degree in Science (preferably Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines).Exposure to a variety of distributed and mainframe infrastructure technologies and systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Deals well with ambiguous/under defined problems; able to think abstractly.Experience in delivering large solutions across multiple technology teams in Agile.Experience in driving an end-to-end test delivery of enterprise initiatives.Hands-on experience in industry standard project and test management tools including Rally, Confluence and JIRA.Eagerness to work iteratively and collaboratively to deliver to hard deadlines.Experience writing automated/performance/security tests is a plus.Experience with compliance and financial regulatory initiatives?is a plus.Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
