Here's what you'd do: Supports compliance with normative necessities as a codes and standards manager, procures and manages relevant codes and standards, provides them to the engineering organization, and, if necessary, informs about changes. Manages and coordinates the maintenance of procedures and work instructions for Engineering. Issues the requirements for change request management in the projects and provides, if necessary, suitable methods. Provides procedural support for the engineering organization when Creating quality notifications. Provision, maintenance, and evaluation of processes (NCR, capa), together with the quality organization. Planning and executing design reviews in cooperation with the QMiP - Planning and execution of internal projects (lean) or events (capa) - ISO 9000 certifications; Quality audits; supplier qualifications. Acts independently from project management. Actively execute or initiate internal quality measures (formal checks of databases or documentation). Needs professional technological, economic, or scientific know-how, methods, tools, and principles and applies to different situations. Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, contribute to projects or assignments, or support the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes. These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, thus contributing to team results. Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise from first principles. Targets are short to medium-term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored. They provide functional advice to and integrate the services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues. Develops basic business understanding. Contributes to team effort awareness of expected value added. Improve processes, business methods, or technical components. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $30.71/hr.
