Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet design specifications and industry standards. They will also provide technical support to manufacturing personnel to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the production process. The Quality Engineer should have a strong understanding of quality principles, process improvement techniques, and a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO. 
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols for products and processes. Evaluate the quality of products and processes and develop corrective actions as needed. Perform statistical analysis and monitor results of quality assurance testing. Monitor and control the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products. Participate in new product design reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address quality issues. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of incoming materials. Train production personnel on safety, quality, and process improvement techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience with quality management systems and process improvement methods. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma. Product risk management - DFMEA/PFMEA. ASQ Certified is a plus. Knowledge and experience with Plastics/Injection Mold a plus. Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision
