Pay
From $21.00 per hour (base + shift diff) Quality Control Technicians work three or four 12-hour shifts each week, from 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

As a Quality Control Technician, you will: Perform testing of finished goods per written test method procedures and guidelines. Test methods may include the following; Rewet Absorbent Capacity Side Seam Bond Strength Tab Shear and Peel Strength Elastic Creep and Elongation Dimensional Measurements Visual Defects Immediately report defects to the Production Group Leaders. Technicians will be responsible for reporting to Management any other issue, which could jeopardize customer satisfaction. Process final release of product paper work. Provide assistance and guidance to quarantine any product suspect of being defective. Enter test data in Quality databases. Observe Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety procedures. Complete special assignments delegated by the Quality Group Leader. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken Must be able to read and interpret work documents Must have the ability to work in teams Must have the ability to perform basic math Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
