Responsibilities
• Ensure product testing meets customer specifications• Perform non-conformance response and investigation• Coordinate responses to out-of-spec products• Complete required forms in Galileo• Complete paper forms related to quality tests• Manage upkeep and performance of metal detectors and checkweighers• Monitor and verify facility and equipment sanitation
Requirements
• PCQI and HACCP certified or willing to obtain• At least 1 year of supervisory experience• At least 1 year of experience in FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility• Strong computer and organizational skills• Working knowledge of MS Office• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
