Quality Manager Impact:
The Mill Quality Manager plays a central role in cultivating a safety-conscious and quality-driven culture within the organization. Position responsibilities include implementing and managing the Quality Management System, conducting internal audits, and addressing root causes of quality deviations.
The Mill Quality Manager collaborates with the GFSI & Regulatory Programs Administrator to provide guidance on HACCP and coach team members on GMP and food safety practices. This position encompasses hiring and developing team members, and overseeing department training, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance in various programs. The Mill Quality Manager is integral to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
