Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure excellence in our services.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards, fostering a culture of transparency and compliance.
Provide insightful reports and recommendations on quality performance to support informed decision-making by management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance or a related area, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality control methodologies.
Proficiency in analyzing data and solving complex problems, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a federal government contracting environment, particularly within the Veterans Administration, is advantageous.
An advanced degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field would be beneficial.
