SNA International's team works together in pursuit of our noble cause:to build a safe and just world by empowering organizations in the use of forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence.The qualified candidate will support laboratory quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Developing and implementing quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in technical and/or large organizations.Developing and defining major and minor quality characteristics, including quality metrics, and scoring parameters.Determining the requisite quality control resources.Establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation.Assisting in the evaluation of the QMS by conducting ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits and/or participating in formal ISO third-party conformance audits and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.Creating, maintaining, and posting quality assurance forms/templates and standard operating procedures.Occasionally traveling to other laboratories for meetings.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in science or engineering.Completion of a military or industrial course of study in Quality Assurance AND five (5) years of specialized experience in the QA/QC field.Training and expertise to perform ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits.Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical processes and procedures, and industry/DoD standards, models, and regulations.Demonstrated ability to write reports without supervision.Demonstrated ability to work independently and write reports without supervision.TO APPLY:Please submit your resume and a cover letter that outlines why you should be considered for this position and position level.No phone calls please.SNA International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
