Full job description Description: The Quality Associate will receive training in all aspects of Quality systems in the Food and Beverage industry. Eventually becoming a key member of the companies quality management team.
The primary job duties are as follows:
Lab Procedures
Sensory testing
Microbiology methods
Chemistry
Raw ingredient testing
Final product testing
Sanitation: A critical part of food manufacturing preventing allergens, molds etc from gowning in facilities
Master sanitation scheduling and review
Equipment, instrument, and line sanitization
Food Safety and Inspection
PCQI
SQF Training and certification
Business Operations.
Daily operations of plant
Training will be a year long process in which the candidate will travel from site to site learning each aspect from experts in their field. This will require 75% or more travel. Candidates local to the greater St. louis are will require less travel and the corporate headquarters is in the area.
