We are seeking a Field Service Engineer I located in the Pennington Alabama area.
The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywell's QCS platforms used in P&G Albany Mill and other associated industries. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell Quality Control Systems. Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems. Perform sensor verification and calibration. Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports. Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication. Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians. MUST HAVE 3+ years of equivalent experience in areas such as Honeywell QCS platforms, Electronics, Process Control, Information Technologies or military WE VALUE Associates Degree 1 year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience 5 years of experience maintaining Honeywell QCS Platforms and MD and CD Control packages Be able to work effectively both individually and with a group without need of direct supervision Additional Information JOB ID: HRD231076 Category: Customer Experience Relocation Tier: Not Applicable Security Clearance: Aviation Authority (FAA for US): Band: 03 Referral Bonus: 1500 Requisition Type: Standard Requisition US Citizenship: FLSA Statement: FLSA CODE: Nonexempt
