QA Engineer #992295
Job Description:
Software Development Activities:
Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) specifications and collaborate on their execution.
Conduct regression and functional testing on both existing and new software products.
Create and maintain automated tests based on senior staff specifications.
Take lead and ownership of deliverables by defining test plans and how to automate them.
Interface with all company levels to analyze current business and software processes.
Report, track, and verify fixes for software issues.
Work with the Quality Assurance manager to approve software releases.
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into effective test cases.
Strong diagnostic abilities for tracking, troubleshooting, and identifying issues.
Communication:
Effective at monitoring project progress, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team.
Software Support Activities:
Provide support in reproducing and resolving customer software issues.
Document issues and collaborate with developers.
Reproduce bugs and resolve issues alongside Technical Support and developers.
Education and Experience:
4 to 7 years of experience in Software QA Automation.
Knowledgeable in Typescript or C# language
Experience with Webdriver.io framework.
Experience in automating API tests.
Experience in Jenkins and CI/CD
Good understanding of microservices.
Agile environment experience using Scrum.
