Responsibilities
• Coordination and review of contracts and agreements• Facilitating the launch of new program contracts to business divisions• Managing the eProcurement software platform• Developing and distributing spend analyses• Developing and nurturing positive relationships with staff and vendors• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies• Developing and maintaining supply chain metrics• Partnering with division directors on special projects• Supporting rebate program tracking and Capex purchase requests• Performing other assigned responsibilities and duties
Requirements
• A minimum of two years of business/financial analysis experience• A Bachelor's or Associates degree in business, finance or a related field• Self-motivation and ability to work independently• Prior system implementation and change-management skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Well-developed communication skills• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional and ethical standards
