Purchasing Manager

Growing Manufacturing firm a few minutes south of downtown Hartford Connecticut has a need for a Purchasing Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Purchasing Manager will play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels while keeping costs low and quality high.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies Identify and evaluate suppliers Negotiate contracts and agreements Monitor inventory levels and track orders Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Qualifications:
