With a focus on innovation and efficiency, we are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our busy office environment.
- Manage and update inventory records using electronic databases and software systems.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and reconcile any issues.Receives boxes, opens checks contents against packing slip and PO.
- Records Serial Numbers (Radios) in receipt. Receives in QuickBooks.
- Fill Sales Orders and put additional away for stock
- Notify Sales Reps that items are received and ship orders to customers
- Packing and shipping light to medium weight items to meet deadlines for product delivery
- Serve as a liaison between sales staff and technical support staff as needed
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Work to organize and optimize storage space.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to inventory management as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Purchasing & Logistics is ideal
- Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a fast-paced office or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
