• Assist with procurement of goods and services• Maintain purchase records and pricing information• Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery• Monitor and replenish inventory levels• Assist in negotiating prices and terms• Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions• Track shipments and resolve any issues• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management preferred• Purchasing or procurement experience is a plus• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles• Proficiency in purchasing software systems (SAP or Edwards)• Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
