Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries in a timley, professional and courteous manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, light janitorial cleaning, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to accomplish organizational goals
Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software (Google Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experiance with QuickBooks a plus
-Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
-Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Work Schedule: 1pm - 5 pm Monday - Thursday & Fridays from 8:30 AM - 5 PM
