As a service provider, you will conduct therapy sessions either in person or through a HIPAA-compliant service platform. Our commitment is to support both full-time and part-time employees in establishing manageable caseloads, encouraging a healthy work-life balance while delivering effective and efficient services. This intensive position encompasses responsibilities inherent to outpatient psychotherapy, involving clients with various mental health conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review and process intake forms for new and continuing clients
Complete comprehensive evaluations for new and continuing clients
Provide psychotherapy for a minimum of 25 contact hours per week
Timely completion of progress notes within 48 hours of all services
Monthly behavioral health integration services for all cases
Quarterly treatment plan reviews for all cases
Ability to provide counseling both in-office and remotely
Provide group psychotherapy where appropriate
Qualifications & Skills:
Resident in Counseling/Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Experience working with diverse populations
High-speed internet access for remote work
HIPAA-protected space for virtual sessions
Comfortable working remotely and conducting telehealth sessions
Ability to pass applicable background screenings
