When we, as a team, are able to help change the life of a patient, it makes all the late nights and sacrifices worth it." - Current RN Day in the life of a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN): As an RN at TrustPoint, your day-to-day will consist of: interacting with patients and their families, treatment planning, completing shift reports, rounding/monitoring in the milieu, medication administration, checking in with BHAs, following up on incidents, completing nursing assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance, etc.

Population: Adolescents (10-17) and Adults (18+)
Work Schedule and Hours: 12-hour shifts, day and night shifts available. Hours are 7:00a-7:00p and 7:00p-7:00am. Rotating weekends.
Schedule Options: Full time : Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends (SOB up to $15,000) Part time: Two 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends PRN : Requires 6 shifts in a 6 week schedule period Check us out here :

Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by Tennessee or be eligible to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements One year of nursing experience; previous psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance abuse nursing experience a plus CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
