WittKieffer is partnering with the University of New Haven to find a Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic AffairsThe University of New Haven is a private, coeducational university with a diverse and vibrant community of over 9,800 studentsThe Provost will work closely with the President to establish and implement the strategic vision for the university

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the President and cabinet to strategize for the evolution and growth of the academic enterprise• Lead an academic enterprise of UNewHaven's complexity• Build a dynamic and inspirational partnership with the President and broader cabinet• Ensure the university remains relevant to future students and society• Value, support, and leverage a campus community dedicated to the university's mission
Requirements
• Deep commitment to the university's mission and appreciation for its people, character, and history• Strong experience in leading an academic enterprise• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills• Strategic thinking and ability to navigate the higher education landscape• Experience in driving innovation• Ability to adapt and respond to challenges and market pressures
