Property Support Assistant

For more than 20 years, we have fulfilled community needs by building a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio across the Midwest. Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. We remain focused on our plans for growth and currently have several exciting projects under construction and in queue! 
COMPENSATION; $22-25/hr. based upon experience
THE PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT POSITION:
Aria Apartments are looking to hire a full-time Property Support Assistant to assist our team with administrative duties.
PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Walk and inspect property weekly with Maintenance Manager to maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completedComplete move out inspectionsComplete move out chargesComplete collection on past due accountsUpdate current and future tenants in the masterManage a parking/garage listPerforms other related duties as required or assignedPROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with office assistant/office administration type responsibilities.Ability to work full-time/Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This position may require occasional Saturday's. Attention to detailsProficient with Microsoft ExcelPrior experience with Entrata preferred
