Stephen Swank is the Founder and President of Blue Banana Properties, LLC, a prominent, multi-pronged real estate firm with national reach. Stephen began acquiring properties shortly after graduating from the University of Washington in 1988. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate, following a stint in insurance sales, he began working for a real-estate developer in King County, Washington assisting as a Home Inspector. Shortly thereafter, Stephen began brokering residential real estate mortgage notes on properties nationwide.
In 1994, Stephen began purchasing properties at the courthouse steps via Trustee Sales on homes that were going into foreclosure. Since then, he has purchased, sold, and brokered over 1,000 properties predominantly in South Florida alongside his wife and a small team of dedicated, incisive decisionmakers, with additional operations in the purchase and resale of NPLs in Washington, California, and Texas. BBP's current focus is the acquisition of residential properties with the objective of expanding into the rest of King Count, spearheaded by our Director of Sales, Xun Zhu. This is a highly flexible, high-paying & travel-intensive opportunity is open to all metro areas of Washington, offering a unique chance to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic world of real estate under the guidance of our team of seasoned realty experts.
